Best Electric SUVs With a 360-Degree Camera Under Rs 25 Lakh in India

Between Rs 20 lakh and Rs 25 lakh the camera moves onto bigger, longer-range SUVs, but the ceiling cuts awkwardly. The Harrier.ev gets the camera at Rs 24.29 lakh and leaves Level 2 assistance and the transparent view at Rs 27.79 lakh. The Sierra.ev fits both in at Rs 24.79 lakh. The BE 6 reaches 708 km at Rs 24.45 lakh before a Rs 75,000 charger. The Mahindra XEV 9e does not qualify, since its camera starts at Rs 27.90 lakh. All prices include the battery.

Twelve electric SUVs offer a 360-degree camera on a variant priced under Rs 25 lakh, ex-showroom. Raising the budget from Rs 20 lakh brings in four bigger cars: the Mahindra BE 6 from Rs 20.95 lakh, the Tata Sierra.ev from Rs 20.99 lakh, the Hyundai Creta Electric from Rs 21.31 lakh and the Tata Harrier.ev at Rs 24.29 lakh. The BE 6 has the longest certified range with the camera at 708 km, the Sierra.ev brings Tata's transparent under-car view inside the budget where the Harrier.ev does not, and the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara Alpha at Rs 19.99 lakh has the longest range, 543 km, of any variant below Rs 23.95 lakh that pairs the camera with Level 2 assistance.

Below Rs 20 lakh the camera is mostly a parking aid on small cars. Between Rs 20 lakh and Rs 25 lakh it is fitted to SUVs up to 4.6 metres long, bought for highway work as much as for the city, so this guide looks at what each camera variant gives you on a long run as well: range, fast-charge time and whether adaptive cruise control comes with it.

Prices are ex-showroom with the battery included, checked on 13 October 2026 on each manufacturer's price page (Delhi for Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai). Ranges and dimensions are from the makers' current brochures. Mahindra's BE 6 prices are for the car without a wall charger, and Tata's Sierra.ev and Harrier.ev prices are for the versions without the AC fast charger pack. The table is sorted by range.

The four that the extra Rs 5 lakh brings in

Mahindra BE 6

Mahindra calls its system a 540-degree camera. The September 2026 brochure lists it as a Two-level feature together with front parking sensors, and the One has a rear view camera only. Six camera variants fall under the ceiling:

  • Two 59 kWh, Rs 20,95,000
  • Three 59 kWh, Rs 21,95,000
  • Three 70 kWh, Rs 22,95,000
  • Three+ 70 kWh, Rs 23,95,000
  • FE 79 kWh, Rs 24,45,000
  • Three+ 79 kWh, Rs 24,95,000

Range is 573 km on the 59 kWh battery, 651 km on the 70 kWh and 708 km on the 79 kWh. Level 2 assistance with one radar and one camera begins at Three+, so the cheapest BE 6 with both the camera and adaptive cruise is the Three+ 70 kWh. All are rear-wheel drive with 360 Nm, and Mahindra quotes 20 minutes for a 20 to 80 percent charge on a 140 kW to 180 kW charger depending on the pack.

The catch at the ceiling: those prices exclude the 11.2 kW wall charger, which Mahindra prices at Rs 75,000. Add it and the Three+ 79 kWh becomes Rs 25,70,000. The BE 6 holds a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating with 31.97 out of 32 for adults and 45 out of 49 for children.

Tata Sierra.ev

The Sierra.ev splits its camera in two. From the Adventure it is a 360-degree HD surround view with a blind spot display. The 540-degree view, which adds a transparent mode showing the ground under the nose, is an Empowered A feature along with Level 2+ assistance, auto park assist and a head-up display. The Empowered A 75 costs Rs 24,79,000, so Tata's transparent view is reachable below Rs 25 lakh on the Sierra.ev, which it is not on the Harrier.ev. With Tata's AC fast charger pack the same variant is Rs 25,28,000. (Mahindra uses the 540-degree name too, but its brochure does not describe what the extra view shows.)

Camera variants under the ceiling run from the Adventure 63 at Rs 20,99,000 through the Adventure 75 at Rs 22,19,000, Empowered 63 at Rs 22,79,000 and Empowered 75 at Rs 23,79,000. The 63 kWh cars are certified at 566 km and the rear-drive 75 kWh cars at 665 km. Boot space is 622 litres, the largest figure on this list, and the turning radius is 5.32 m. Bharat NCAP has rated the petrol and diesel Sierra but lists no result for the electric one.

Hyundai Creta Electric

Hyundai's name for the feature is surround view monitor, and it arrives with a blind-spot view monitor, front parking sensors and the Level 2 SmartSense suite on the same variants. Of the ten in the brochure's grid, five have it: Excellence and Excellence Knight on the 42 kWh battery, and Excellence LR, Excellence LR Knight and the Lounge Edition on the 51.4 kWh.

Hyundai's price list for New Delhi puts the Excellence at Rs 21,30,500, the Excellence LR at Rs 23,67,200 and the Excellence LR Lounge at Rs 24,34,100. The 42 kWh car is certified at 420 km, which is short for highway use in this company. The long-range car's 510 km is the one to have, and it charges from 10 to 80 percent in 39 minutes on a DC charger above 100 kW. There is no Bharat NCAP result for the Creta Electric.

Tata Harrier.ev

The biggest car on the list at 4,607 mm, and the one that needs the camera most: its turning radius is 5.75 m. The 360-degree 3D surround view and front parking sensors start at the Fearless+, and the Fearless+ 65 at Rs 24,29,000 is the only camera variant under the ceiling. The Fearless+ 75 is Rs 25,29,000.

Two things stay out of reach at this budget. The 540-degree transparent mode and the Level 2 assistance suite both belong to the Empowered 75, which costs Rs 27,79,000. So the under-25 Harrier.ev is a rear-drive 238 PS, 315 Nm SUV with a 538 km certified range, a 502 litre boot and the top Bharat NCAP score here, 32 out of 32 for adults and 45 out of 49 for children, but without adaptive cruise control.

Where the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara sits

Third on range among the models here, and second cheapest of the cars that put three highway items on one variant: the 360 view camera, Level 2 assistance with adaptive cruise control, and a certified range over 500 km. The Curvv.ev Empowered X 55 does it for Rs 19,39,000 with 502 km. The Alpha costs Rs 19,99,000, or Rs 20,21,000 with the dual-tone roof, and is certified at 543 km. The Syros EV X-Line ER is Rs 900 more with 526 km in a smaller body. To beat the Alpha's range with the same equipment you need the BE 6 Three+ 70 kWh at Rs 23,95,000 or the Sierra.ev Empowered A 75 at Rs 24,79,000. The Creta Electric Excellence has the camera and assistance for Rs 21,30,500 but only 420 km.

There is nothing above the Alpha to buy, so a Rs 25 lakh budget leaves close to Rs 5 lakh unspent. Whether that is a strength depends on what you wanted the money for. The e Vitara has one battery size on the Alpha, 61 kWh, where the BE 6 and Sierra.ev offer packs up to 79 kWh and 75 kWh and ranges beyond 650 km. Maruti quotes about 45 minutes for a 10 to 80 percent DC charge on a 70 kW or faster charger, slower than the 20 to 25 minute figures Mahindra and Tata publish for their larger cars, though those are measured from 20 percent on more powerful chargers. Maruti's brochure also gives no boot volume. Its Bharat NCAP rating is 5 stars with 31.49 out of 32 for adults and 43 out of 49 for children, the lowest child score of the rated cars here.

What it does well for mixed use is size. At 4,275 mm with a 5.2 m turning radius it is easier to thread through a city than the Harrier.ev, and the Alpha's front sensors have camera assist.

The eight that already qualified under Rs 20 lakh

These need less space because the extra budget changes little about them. The Punch.ev (Empowered 40, Rs 12,69,000), XUV 3XO EV (AX7L, Rs 14.96 lakh), Windsor EV (Exclusive, Rs 16,14,800), Nexon.ev (Empowered 45, Rs 16,34,000), Curvv.ev (Accomplished X 55, Rs 17,19,000), e Vitara, ZS EV (Exclusive Plus, Rs 19,99,600) and Syros EV (X-Line ER, Rs 19,99,900) all keep the same camera variant and price. For those cars as a whole, see our list of the best electric SUVs under Rs 20 lakh.

The one change worth noting is the MG ZS EV. Its Essence, at Rs 20,74,600, adds Level 2 assistance to the camera and now fits the budget.

What Rs 25 lakh still does not buy

The Mahindra XEV 9e starts at Rs 21,90,000, well inside the budget, but its brochure shows the 360-degree camera only on Pack Three Select and Pack Three. Pack Three Select costs Rs 27,90,000. The Pack Two at Rs 24,90,000 has Level 2 assistance and no surround camera, which is the reverse of the Harrier.ev's compromise.

Nor does any brochure we read publish a towing capacity. Buyers who plan to pull a trailer should ask the manufacturer in writing before assuming an electric SUV is rated for it.

Choosing for highway use

If range is the priority, the BE 6 on the 79 kWh battery and the Sierra.ev on the 75 kWh are in a class of two, at 708 km and 665 km. The Sierra.ev has the bigger boot and the transparent view. The BE 6 gets to Level 2 assistance for less, at Rs 23,95,000 against Rs 24,79,000.

If the car will spend weekdays in town, the e Vitara and the Creta Electric LR are shorter and cheaper to equip fully. The Harrier.ev is the pick for cabin size and crash score, provided you can live without adaptive cruise control. Our guide to electric SUV highway safety features covers the assistance systems themselves.

How this list was built

For each model we read the current manufacturer brochure, found the lowest variant whose feature list includes a 360-degree, 540-degree or surround view camera, and priced it from the manufacturer's own site on 13 October 2026: NEXA's price feed for the e Vitara, Tata's and Mahindra's variant selectors, Hyundai's New Delhi price list, and the MG and Kia model pages. A model is included if that variant is under Rs 25 lakh.

Battery rental schemes are excluded. MG, Kia, Mahindra and Maruti all advertise battery-as-a-service plans with a lower upfront figure and a per-kilometre fee, and none of those figures appears above.

Not verified: VinFast's VF6 and VF7, whose specification pages we could not reach, and any electric SUV whose maker publishes no brochure online. They are left out for that reason, not because they lack the feature. Camera picture quality is not something a brochure can settle either.
